Contractor Onboarding Process

  1. Application Submission: Submit your professional profile, area of expertise, and service offering via the Contractor Application form.
  2. Identity Verification: Complete identity and credential verification in accordance with NEXUS-7 governance standards.
  3. Skills Assessment: Complete a structured skills assessment relevant to your service category. A.L.I.A. provides guided preparation.
  4. FSA Scoring: Receive your Functional Skills Assessment (FSA) score — your baseline capability indicator on the platform.
  5. Agreement Acceptance: Review and accept the W.A.A.S. Contractor Operating Agreement, including the Primary Directive obligations.
  6. Profile Activation: Your verified profile is activated and becomes visible to Buyers within your service category.
  7. A.L.I.A. Orientation: Complete a guided A.L.I.A. orientation to familiarize yourself with platform tools, job matching, and communication protocols.
  8. First Engagement: Receive your first matched opportunity. Your reputation record begins with your first completed engagement.

  1. Discovery Call: Initial strategy conversation to assess fit, use case, and deployment scope.
  2. Needs Assessment: Structured evaluation of your audience, service categories, and marketplace requirements.
